There is not one PSU on that list that I could even say "well, I guess that would be ok" much less "yeah that's a good choice", including the used Seasonic, for the same reason that you stated which is that I don't recommend buying used hardware unless you are simply scraping together a very basic system for as cheap as you possibly can. A system with a high end gaming card like the 7900 XT is not a very basic cheap system, clearly.
So, if you absolutely can't afford to get that graphics card AND a good quality power supply, then it's pointless to get the graphics card because it's like buying a sports car and then having to run it on gas that has been watered down because you can't afford normal fuel. Makes it kind of pointless.
So, I'd reevaluate the need for the 7900 XT like DSzymborski said or make some allowances elsewhere until you're able to get a good PSU. In fact, the PSU should be the FIRST thing you pick and honestly it should be the highest quality component in the build. Then choose the rest of your build based on what you can afford AFTER you've purchased a reliable, quality PSU.

Consider using the RX 6800XT paired with a reliable power supply.

Thx but already ordered 7900 xr ) no coming back. And I was looking I picked this PSU: Be Quiet BN330 System Power 10, 850W, 80+ gold
I moved from 1tb ssd to 512 and change some fans configuration. I was ordering 7 fans from noctua for case... I changed to a case that doesn't need so much cooling and 4 fans instead.. so we're good now
😀
but thx

Thanks a lot, I remembered your previous comment. I was planning on using 7 Noctua ones but ended up switching to a case that only needs 4. Got this one:
Be Quiet BN330 System Power 10, 850W, 80 Plus Gold.
Appreciate the advice!

No. Poor power supply. Identical to the 750W version. Definitely not a suitable option. Consider canceling the order if you're smart.

When purchasing in my country, kindly suggest any recognized brands. Avoid "super flowers" and focus on reliable PSUs.

In reality, these items come with a higher cost.
These products could be suitable alternatives.
They offer solid performance and quality.

Hey, just saw hobitec for the first time and thought it was okay. Thanks for the tips. I found a PSU: Super Flower LEADEX III Gold (SF-750F14HG). Probably going to use this tomorrow when starting the build, hoping everything works smoothly.

Leadex III is a solid choice. I wouldn't hesitate to select it if the cost fits your budget.

Yah man 😂 when I cut off 40$ on Case and 45$ on Fans I think PSU has plenty of room...
At first I planned:
Case: 1st player SP8 + 7 noctua 15$ redux coolers...
But when I saw the reactions... ::: "bruh"...
I ended up choosing:
Case deepcool mattrax 55. -40$ (solid metal + glass)
And it only needs 4 coolers now 😂 -45$
That means my budget for superflower...
