You should be able to find 8-pin cables for it as well. The PSU should provide enough power for two 1080p displays, so it’s likely safe. A 6 to 8 pin PCIe adapter is the easiest option. Check the link provided in the thread; the powerboard usually has an 8-pin port.
This doesn't align with the specifications. If a 6-pin connector supports up to 75W, there should be no reason to exceed that limit when connecting to an 8-pin adapter. The characteristics of the pin configuration haven't changed. It's unclear how a setup limited to 75W could suddenly handle more than that without altering the pin design itself.
