I have queries about this CPU across different laptop models. I’m looking for details about the chip itself. Could you find some reliable info so I can get what you need? What is the stock uncore ratio defined by Intel? How much power does it consume during an SSE single-threaded test? What frequency does it reach under those conditions? And for AVX and AVX2 stress tests in single-thread mode?

Consider Intel ARK for detailed insights. Power consumption during a single-threaded benchmark is hard to pin down, since other processes also draw power from the CPU.

Well, regarding the link, it lacks the information I was seeking. For single-threaded tests, it's typically done when no other programs are running, usually achieving a frequency of 4 active cores even though only one core is active. XTU can identify that one core is operational. In C state, the active core would be the only one showing activity, with percentages around 99.9% to 100%. The variation you mentioned isn't noticeable.

WikiChip occasionally provides additional details, though updates can be slow. The 9980HK is included in the database. TechPowerUp maintains a CPU and GPU reference for this model. Stock Uncore lists a clock speed of 4300 MHz.
