I examine two 5070 Ti cards:
GeForce RTX™ 5070 Ti WINDFORCE SFF 16G
GeForce RTX™ 5070 Ti WINDFORCE OC SFF 16G
What are the power limits for these models? Can I overclock the first one to the OC version using software? Do you believe these cards are strong?

Overclocking mostly depends on chance, it might succeed sometimes, but often the versions released by the manufacturer aren't the ones that can be made stable.

like who cares about the minor gains? it's just a small boost, around 1-2%.

They need to review the bios details to understand this. So far, nobody has shared them via GPU-Z; TechPowerUp maintains a big collection of vbios files.

you can always back up the BIOS and adjust the settings... these two cards use different BIOS configurations, so if something goes wrong with one, you can still recover. but i wouldn't try this unless there are major issues. it's quite dangerous.

These examples show similar details for different models. The Gigabyte RTX5080-16384-250108-2 has a max of 450w, while the Windforce OC SFF reaches 400w. It's unclear if the two 5070TIs share the same power limit, but we might find that information later.
