I've been using this PC for about three years now. Yesterday, when I tried to turn it on, the LED indicated it was powered on, but the fans were spinning. There was no display on the monitor, the keyboard lights weren’t working, and the reset switch didn’t light up or function. The system is running at 650W APEVIA Galaxy, with an RX 6600 Sapphire Pulse, Ryzen 5 1600, 16 GB RAM, and an Asrock B450 Pro4 motherboard.

So far, I’ve managed to boot the machine if only the power and monitor are connected. Beyond that, it tends to fail. I updated the BIOS and graphics drivers. The most recent change was replacing my old PSU with a new one about two months ago. My GPU is only about a year old, so I’m not sure that’s the problem. However, when I swapped it back to the old R7 model, it booted on the first try—even with just power and monitor connected.

I tested both RAM sticks individually using Windows diagnostics and found no issues. The system is currently working well with everything plugged in, but I expect this issue might return in a few days. Any suggestions or insights would be really appreciated! Thanks.
