Power looping problem on motherboard with no display output
Hello everyone! I recently purchased a used Gigabyte mATX h110m-a board from eBay to set up my own dedicated Linux server. I already had an i5 7400 chip on hand, which proved helpful for this project. I bought some affordable RAM from Crucial and a Corsair PSU (CV series), both functioning well. The board arrived today, and I verified everything before installing it in the case. However, I encountered a problem: fans would turn on but no display output appeared. This occurred repeatedly until I powered down the power supply. After replacing the CMOS battery and resetting it, the same issue persisted. I think the motherboard might be the cause, but I haven’t reached a conclusion yet. The CPU seems to be operational, so I removed it from an old business PC and kept it for personal use. Any suggestions on how to fix this? Here’s a video of the problem: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1Oi4XWCO...sp=sharing
