Hey there! I've encountered a challenge with my upgraded system. I moved from an Optiplex 9010 to a custom build featuring a Define R5, R7 3700X, Noctua U-12S, MSI B450 Tomahawk Max, and other components. Everything seems to be working well so far. The main concern is that the BIOS sets a power limit of 115W, but the CPU maxes out at 88W and Ryzen Master confirms that's the chip limit. I'm trying to push performance using PBO and the 115W cooling solution, but it doesn't seem to take effect. I've attached my BIOS screenshots and Ryzen Master for reference. Any tips or adjustments you could suggest would be greatly appreciated!
