Link to new construction. CPU model: AMD Ryzen 5 7600 3.8 GHz 6-core. Cooler choice: Thermalright Assassin X 120 Refined SE 66.17 CFM. Motherboard: Gigabyte B650M AORUS ELITE AX Micro ATX AM5. RAM supply: Corsair Vengeance 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR5-5600 CL36. Storage: Silicon Power A60 2 TB M.2-2280 PCIe 3.0 X4 NVME SSD. Graphics card: ASRock Challenger D OC Radeon RX 6700 XT 12 GB. Case: Corsair 4000D Airflow ATX Mid Tower. Power source: be quiet! Pure Power 11 FM 750 750 W, 80+ Gold certified, fully modular ATX. I assembled all components onto the board to test booting, but when trying to power it with a screwdriver the PSU works yet no other parts function and nothing appears on the screen. The only signal is the red CPU LED beneath the RAM. I verified connections thoroughly, reinstalled each item individually, and inspected the CPU for bent pins—none found. Assistance would be invaluable!

Attempt to install CPU again, though connections may vary—sometimes the paste doesn't fit properly to the cooler. Excess or insufficient paste can lead to boot issues. Hi and welcome.

It would be great to help! Try turning off all devices and then reconnecting them except the GPU. Then check if the system starts up.
