I only adjusted the xmp settings in BIOS to ensure proper RAM performance. The system specs include: i7-9700k + dark rock pro 4 Maximus Hero XI Wi-Fi RTX 2080 Ti Corsair LX 3200MHz 4x8GB EVGA Supernova G3 750W Samsung QVO 1TB + WD Black SN750 500GB. This configuration works well for me, as the PC starts normally and doesn’t trigger any alerts. The motherboard also doesn’t display any error codes.

It reaches 100.0 by default, so no changes were made. Just as I said, the XMP profile was set to 1.

Checking dual boot when BIOS is set to defaults still allows you to adjust BCLK to Auto. You can find guidance online for Asus systems on achieving dual boot functionality.

I discovered a similar issue online that seems typical. When you disconnect and reconnect the PSU cable, it behaves like this. Turning it off and then turning it back on can trigger this behavior. Doing it immediately after powering up doesn’t always prevent it.
