In performance mode, it seems intended to boost CPU usage to 100%, but it doesn't happen. You might want to restart the system or disable integrated graphics to test. It's worth checking if those settings interfere with power plan effects. Random stuff!

Previously, when I tried high performance in power plan mode, the CPU would freeze at 100%. I also turned off integrated graphics, but it still didn’t respond. From what I observed, the system feels unresponsive and the power plan settings are likely the issue. It’s frustrating.

Bud, it mentions the processor needs at least 100% usage. Yes, it used to keep my CPU at full capacity, which made me dislike it. It might be related to startup settings or enabling features in Task Manager. I’m not sure about administrative properties either. Checking powercfg -restoredefaultschemes could help.
