I have a Ryzen 5 3600 with the original cooler, an MSI B450 Tomahawk MAX, and two 8 GB 3000 Mhz RAM sticks. I need to keep temperatures low when idle so the system stays quiet during work. At the same time, I want top performance for gaming, but I’m unsure which power plan will be best.
