I believe it happened while I was tinkering with a 1500mhz DDR2 OC on my P5Q board. The main reason it gets so hot is the poor cooling setup and only about 4.2 volts at around 1.35v for stability. These parts actually perform well, but my X5660 definitely struggles with that.
