Following a major problem, I restored my boot drive backup using Acronis backup and recovery server. My operating system is Windows Server 2008 R2 (similar to Windows 7). All updates were installed up to June 2020. After restoring from another SSD, Windows Update appears disabled, showing no pending updates, even though there have been updates since then. The event log shows no errors. I also attempted an update in Microsoft Office 2016, which failed with error code 30016-28. Any suggestions?
