I visited Ivarstead for the greybeards quest. I spotted something unusual—probably not a major game-breaker, but definitely something odd. When I tried launching the game without SMIM and Lanterns of Skyrim, the same issue persisted. Here’s my mod list: http://www.modwat.ch/u/Neon_Genius Have anyone experienced this problem? It seems like search engines aren’t picking up on it.

There isn't much benefit, but a mod exists that updates the console menu to indicate which highlighted item comes from. From there you can locate solutions.

You just completed vanilla Skyrim again. The problem persists. It looks like the team might not be motivated enough to update the post. As for the mod you mentioned, I don’t have a direct link, but it seems useful.

You're currently using MO and haven't interacted with any Skyrim files. I'll review the mod tomorrow, thanks!

Open the console, press on it and enter disable if it bothers you. You might also find newer SKSE or SkyUI versions that notify you about the last modification to an object when you select it—though I’m not sure which one does this (it could be something I overlooked).
