Obrigado!

Visit the manufacturer's support site to download the latest driver updates. If those aren't certified for 2004 and don't resolve the issue, consider using Driver Booster by IObit for possibly the most recent driver from the OEM of the laptop's parts (such as wireless, sound chips, etc.). New Windows versions can cause driver problems, so wait until the brand officially supports it before updating, especially when using laptops.

They offer several Bluetooth drivers from different manufacturers. I need to pick just one, correct? All versions are from 2015, but some might still work. The issue is that my Windows automatically installs "Qualcomm Atheros 4.0" when I try to install a device in Device Manager. I went offline, removed it, then tried the Intel driver, but it didn’t appear. After coming back online, Windows reinstalled Qualcomm again. Am I right about needing another installation? How should I do that properly? Thank you!

Your device might include a Qualcomm BT chip. Various manufacturers use distinct drivers, so mixing them isn't possible. You can verify this using the Device Manager in Windows.
