Hello!
Thanks to everyone for joining the discussion. After struggling with my head against the wall yesterday while trying to figure out the issue, I decided to follow @bill001g's advice and perform a fresh Windows installation.
GPU is working, games are playable, and there are no errors in the Device Manager. I'll check again once everything is set up properly.
It would have been better to identify the cause of this problem for the future, but I'm not very skilled at troubleshooting...
