Hey, I have a question. I recently purchased a new PC.
The specifications are: i7-13700F, ASRock B760M Pro RS/D4, 64GB RAM (4x16) Corsair Vengeance 3200Mhz, RTX 2060 Super, WD Black SN850X NVMe 1TB, Samsung EVO 870 2TB, and a 1TB WD HDD.
I’m using Windows 11, and after entering the BIOS it reports that the RAM speed is 3200MHZ with XMP enabled.
During gameplay I experienced some problems: sometimes software would close abruptly without responding, and games would freeze, showing a blue screen before restarting automatically.
I checked the Event Viewer and found an event labeled Event 41, Kernel-Power.
Could this be related to the XMP setting or the drivers?
I ran a memory diagnostic test and it showed no errors in RAM or NVMe.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated; I’m considering switching to Windows 10 but am unsure.

Additionally, it's not just games that cause this issue; I also experience the BSOD while watching videos.
