had a problem with my laptop's SSD a while ago, fixed Windows afterward and everything worked until recently. now whenever I try to log in using an account linked to my email, it always shows up the temporary file name instead of the real one. i decided to change things today by creating a new admin account, signed in and updated the file names. but now I can't access the original account at all—only temporary profiles appear. i've rebooted several times, tried disabling antivirus, but it seems the built-in version is still active. changing it back hasn't helped either. any suggestions?
