The maximum supported memory speed for this model is 2933mhz. Frequencies higher than that require overclocking via the memory controller. You might want to test 2933mhz first.

I would adjust the primary timing at 2933mhz first. Enter this value directly here. The tweak will improve performance slightly at that frequency. Make sure to set the memory voltage to 1.350v. Activate "power down mode" to turn it off. Check the CPU SOC voltage and consider 1.10v. Keep the processor stock with OC disabled and PBO off; leave it auto for your memory tests. After that, attempt 3000mhz.
