I am facing stuttering issues on the PUBG Steam version after upgrading my GPU. Prior to the GPU upgrade, everything worked fine, but once I changed it, the game became unresponsive. Before the GPU change, I removed my NVIDIA driver using DDU and even did it twice before installing the Radeon software for the RX 570. The stuttering appears only in PUBG and not in other games. I've adjusted the graphics settings to the lowest possible but it still doesn't work. I tried capping the framerate, but that didn't help either. I don't think it's an internet problem since my connection has 30ms latency and no packet loss. I really hope someone can help me find a solution so I can play PUBG with my friends. Thank you!

Ensure your GPU drivers are current by checking the official AMD site and downloading the newest ones for your RX 570 GPU. Install them and restart your system to apply the updates. This should help resolve the issue.

I've already attempted that and nothing resolved the problem. I downloaded the drivers from AMD's site and tried reinstalling them, but it didn't work.
