Ports on the motherboard aren't functioning and the video isn't showing.
. The specs are Ryzen 5 1600 AE, 16GB 3000MHz DDR4, GTX 1060 with 6GB RAM, A320M Pro M. I tried booting before installing a CPU cooler and I installed new BIOS but it crashed halfway through. That could be the issue. It worked when I first got it. Someone please help me. Edit: Forgot to mention that my GPU fans, CPU fan, and system fan all function properly. Hope it's not a CPU problem. I ended up destroying one of my early rigs that way. Socket A (462 pin). The CPU overheated and popped outright. I then upgraded to s939 and my OC adventures resumed! 😄 Just a quick face palm. Hope this assists you. Good luck! Link: https://forum-en.msi.com/faq/article/pri...r-the-bios

11-20-2017, 10:52 PM #3If the HDMI on the board isn't functioning, it's likely because you already have a GPU installed. Connect the HDMI to the GPU instead of the motherboard. If you've done this, there might be a problem with the BIOS. A common rule is to avoid updating the BIOS unless necessary. Try removing the CMOS for about ten minutes and see if it works again.

Your BIOS could need recovery if you notice these signs: - You updated the BIOS recently but don’t see any confirmation afterward. - Four or two short beeps after post. To recover your BIOS, follow these steps: 1. Get the BIOS file for your motherboard from our site. 2. Save the file only to a FAT32 flash drive in the ROOT folder. Note: Images are just for reference. 3. Remove any hard drives and DVD drives from the board. Connect your flash drive to a USB 2.0 rear port while the system is off. Power it back on. 4. You’ll likely enter BIOS with limited choices. If not, test another USB port. Choose "Select one file to update BIOS" or "Select one file to update BIOS and ME." if available. 5. Pick your flash drive. 6. Choose the BIOS you downloaded. 7. The recovery process will begin. Once done, your BIOS should be restored.
