Yesterday everything was functioning properly but today I submitted the PC and ran into an issue. The keyboard and mouse only operate within BIOS, and the Windows restore menu is unavailable. I attempted several solutions: booted in secure mode, swapped out a different mouse and keyboard, tested all USB ports, and updated the BIOS. The motherboard model is ASUS PRIME B660M-A D4.
