Hey there! Buying Portal 2 seems like a good idea since it's on sale. It fits all my system requirements, though the CPU spec isn’t great. Still, it might work on your old PC—let me know!

Portal 2 functions well with a wide variety of systems. It's considered one of the top games ever, so have fun!

I don't understand the Celron model you're referring to. If it's the Celron 420, it might not work at all because it uses a single core and Conroe architecture. The Celron E1200, being dual-core, could run it but likely with some performance issues.
