Hi, I am having trouble opening up my game server ports, so it isn't working for me. I turned off my Windows firewall, there is no antivirus running, and I have enabled port forwarding and set the computer as a DMZ host. I also used my own static local IP address on my PC and disabled any filters inside my TP-Link EC220-G5 v2 modem that are built into it. But nothing is helping me at all. My modem is definitely not stopping traffic. How can I find out where the blocks are happening so I can fix them? I am really confused about this whole thing.

If we assume your port forwarding settings are right and the game server is actually using that correct port, then you really need a public IP address. When you check the IP on your router's WAN port against sites like WhatsMyIP, they should match. If they don't match, you aren't getting a public IP, which means you can never successfully set up port forwarding.
