Port USB-C isn't functioning properly.
My Predator helios 300, model PH317-55-93L3, has a faulty USB-C connection. I adjusted the power settings, reinstalled drivers, updated the BIOS, and tried various cables but nothing is coming out. A lead with a light that activates when power reaches the port works fine, while all other ports function properly. Please help if you can. Thanks.
