Port not showing any indicator signals

I switched my CPU from 5GHz/3600MHz to 2.6GHz/2600MHz and everything functioned fine previously. The Ethernet cable stopped working recently, though it worked before. I updated the driver but it didn’t fix the issue. Can you help?

I have two devices at 1 GHz and one at 2.5 GHz, but I'm not sure what "ghz" means. You mentioned they aren't working, so let's check the setup.
