I set up WINE and think I’m up to date. Do I still need Stme and Proton for Warthunter to work? Also, are there any retro games I can try if possible? I’ve heard older programs tend to run better because they’ve had time to be adapted for Wine or similar changes. Should I install anything extra to get them running?

Steam includes a Linux client that you must set up. In the Steam settings, enable Proton. After installation, you can proceed to install your games. Be aware that all games are now supported, though some may not perform well due to limited compatibility. You shouldn't need Wine; Proton through Steam will handle it. Wine might still be handy for non-Steam titles or other programs. The game page indicates it should run natively on Linux. Since PoP OS is based on Ubuntu, it’s likely to work smoothly.

It works directly... I haven't even installed the latest version yet. I'm curious about testing it on Linux.
