I attempted to set the bit rate extremely high, and the video appears clearer after rendering. However, uploading it to YouTube still results in the same poor quality as before. I'm really disappointed.

Sure, I tried an extremely high bit rate... the video looks much clearer after rendering, but once I uploaded it to YouTube, the same problem occurred again. Can you give me more details?
