Hey Guys,
I just got a new PC and it seems to be showing low scores on Userbenchmark according to the build specs.

Overall Userbenchmark results: https://imgur.com/FD1obJb

Perhaps the scores are just not high enough, but I think they’re definitely underperforming.
PS: This is my first post to the forums. I’m hoping attaching these links doesn’t break any rules, as there was no way to include files in this thread.

I see pretty much everything solidly in the green.
userbenchmark is a poor tool to use, because you don't really know what you're comparing against.
Your CPU is compared against others, but some of those are overclocked.
Your software is completely different. Both what is installed and what is actually running at that moment.
There is no level playing field.
Lastly, its the whole reporting.
If all systems or devices score between 90 and 95% of an ideal 100%, that's good right?
If your system is at 91% of that perfect 100, that's still good, right?
But no..."Bottom 20th percentile!" and you assume there is a 'problem' to...

USAFRet has discussed all relevant topics. I aim to share my perspective that 3DMark time spy might be the more suitable benchmark. It isn't flawless, but there are numerous review benchmarks available for comparison. It's easier to assess if both CPU and GPU scores fall within typical ranges. I anticipate you'll likely see normal results for both CPU and GPU. Considering your positive experience in Userbenchmark.
