Your PC is acting strangely now with very low frame rates across multiple games. It seems something is affecting performance after you turned it on. Check for overheating, dust buildup, or software conflicts. Update drivers and consider a hardware check. Your specs look decent but could benefit from a clean boot to identify the issue. Let me know if you need further guidance.

We require additional information to identify the problem. Have you made any modifications to the hardware or installed new drivers? Was this change sudden?

I don't have real-time monitoring capabilities. Please check your device's system information for current temperatures.

Consider using double buffering instead of V-sync. Verify that V-sync is disabled.

Did you keep an eye on CPU activity? It did for me when my A6 and GT 730 froze to just a few frames in CS:GO. It turns out the World Of Tanks update was consuming my CPU without any explanation. Look into game update sources.
