I’d consider a software update if possible, and perhaps focus on reinforcing the cooler a bit more. Getting a manual OC to 4.3 with less than 1.3v will keep you in good form too.

I wasn't able to reach 4.2 unless I interacted with voltage.

Adjust 4.2 using 1.3v in Ryzen master, then apply changes. Manual OC mode is required for voltage control. Exclude memory settings to avoid interference.
