You're facing tough optimization challenges with your Ryzen 1700X and GTX 1070 for PUBG. Here are some ideas to boost your frame rate:

- Adjust in-game settings to prioritize performance over visual quality.
- Lower resolution or reduce texture quality.
- Disable unnecessary post-processing effects.
- Use a more efficient graphics driver or update it.
- Consider switching to a less demanding game mode or version.
- If possible, try different GPU drivers or hardware configurations.

Let me know if you want specific tweaks for your system!

You shouldn't be experiencing low FPS. It's easy to reach over 30 on medium with my setup (see my specs in the signature, it's 1080P).

UE4 and AMD don't really mesh well. They might stop supporting the engine after PUBG, which would be a big problem.

We're discussing the speed at which content plays, not just the visual quality. It's about how many frames per second we're seeing.

In the 30s to 40s, during intense moments, you might go lower occasionally if things are busy.

This setup seems quite atypical. Expect some performance drops due to CPU tuning, but anything below 45 feels inconsistent. Check the recommended settings on PCGame.net and FPSbenchmark. Ensure Windows power management is optimized for peak performance. In NVCP, verify your maximum pre-rendered frames are set to 1 and threading optimization is enabled. When using borderless or windowed modes, switch to fullscreen. As a last resort, consider reinstalling or performing a clean install of your graphics drivers and chipset.

Maybe you meant something else by GPUs?

The new map has significantly boosted performance, and I’m consistently seeing 70-130 FPS most of the time. It looks like developers are mainly working on fixing issues with Xbox compatibility, which currently results in poor server quality.
