Hello, I'm experiencing issues with my Windows tablet (Samsung Galaxy Book). The upload speed has been extremely slow, often near zero. Speed tests consistently show 0.00 Mbps, and all uploads take an unreasonable amount of time. Many programs that should sync files automatically are displaying error messages. This problem isn't happening on any other device in the same network. Could anyone help explain the cause and suggest a solution? Thank you ahead of time.

Do you have any external cases? Perhaps they’re interfering with the antenna on your tablet. Or maybe the antenna itself is not functioning properly.

Use a USB-C to RJ45 adapter when available.

No problem, I'm not applying any capital letters. I truly wish the antenna stays active.
