My system has a Ryzen 5 2400G processor, an RX 580 graphics card, 8GB of DDR4 RAM at 2666MHz. I've attempted numerous solutions—reinstalling the game, applying all suggested settings and commands, utilizing launch options, reinstalling my operating system, updating drivers—without success. I consistently experience frame rates between 100 and 150 on the lowest settings at 1920x1080 resolution, which is significantly lower than what I’d expect given my hardware configuration. Other games perform without issue, and system diagnostics indicate that all components are operating correctly. Counter-Strike: Global Offensive utilizes approximately 20% of my CPU and 40% of my GPU during demanding gameplay. Could you please advise me?

Attempt to access Task Manager, navigate to the Details tab, and then while Counter-Strike: Global Offensive is running, right-click on it and adjust its priority to 1 or 2, increasing it.
