Poor experience in this new world.
Poor experience in this new world.
This morning I felt the urge to try a new game, opened it and received a popup warning that my login was blocked. I waited a short time and retried after the latest update, when the message changed to "Banned for cheating." I wasn’t sure about the ban but was certain I hadn’t violated any rules. I reached out to Amazon support multiple times, but one representative explained that my account was suspended due to a Spanish phrase I used—“me cago en amazon y el puto calvo,” which roughly means “fuck Amazon and the bald guy.” This explanation led to a permanent ban, preventing me from playing again. While I recognize it’s not an appropriate statement, I understand how frustrating it can be during ongoing testing phases. I might have received a chat ban, week-long suspension, or month-long ban, but a permanent one for such a minor offense feels excessive given the temporary bans for cheaters and exploits. In short, I’ll be closing my Amazon account and avoiding the platform moving forward. I’ve always been a reliable customer, spending a lot each month, but after this experience, I’ll switch to other shopping options. I just wanted to share what happened so others can learn from my mistake.
