I've watched benchmark clips of the 1650 super running smoothly at 90 to 100 fps in Warzone with medium and high settings at 1080p. However, I'm seeing only 70 to 80 frames per second across all low settings using an overclocked 1650 super and a Ryzen 1700X at 3.9GHz. What could be causing this difference?

The 1650 achieved 100 FPS with specific configuration details.

The benchmark video displayed the 1650 Super achieving 90 to 100 frames per second on medium and high configurations, but I’m unable to reach over 85 even with low settings.

No, the benchmark videos were not run on the same CPU.

They don't occur regularly, these clips seem fabricated. Disregard them and consult trustworthy platforms such as GamersNexus and HardwarwUnboxed

The benchmark video ran at 3600, yet they had high and medium options. I’m set to the lowest level and still can’t reach 85—it shouldn’t be that big of a gap.

Yeah I think you've got 2 issues. 1) You've got a slight bottleneck between the CPU & GPU. 2) The R5 3600 is an overall faster CPU at gaming verses the R7 1700X.
