Recently, my laptop has been freezing and going black unexpectedly. The screen freezes randomly, then it turns off completely. The monitor still shows a signal, and the sound is still playing. I've tried all the solutions I found on YouTube and Google, but nothing has helped. Please assist me.
Consider a manual BIOS upgrade, which might involve reinstalling Windows, or utilize the laptop's built-in tools to bring the device back to a fresh state. The final step could result in losing any stored information unless you have a backup or another method to retrieve data from the hard drive before performing a factory reset.
It's a ROG Zephyrus and I've already attempted a Windows reinstall.
