Hello,

I’m reaching out hoping someone with a kind spirit can assist me with this tricky situation. The problem centers on my current 4-monitor configuration: two monitors on the desk, a graphical tablet ahead of them, and an LG C11 TV beside it. Previously, this exact arrangement functioned perfectly on my old PC, allowing the desk monitors to activate while the TV and tablet stayed off until needed. They could then be turned on seamlessly, expanding the display without interruption.

However, after upgrading to a new PC at the end of last year, the same setup began to cause difficulties. When I restart the computer after turning it off, all screens except one on the desk remain in "Disconnect this screen" mode in Windows. These remain invisible in the settings but stay black. While they can be reactivated, the next restart causes them to disappear again. Disconnecting the LG TV from the HDMI port resolves the issue, though I prefer avoiding the mess of cables under my desk each time.

I’ve noted that this setup worked flawlessly on my previous machine. I attempted to connect my old graphics card (RTX 2080) to the new system, which functioned correctly, suggesting the problem lies with the GPU.

My attempts to fix it have included:
- Returning the card, which was simply re-sent without improvement.
- Using an HDMI to DisplayPort converter (TV only supports HDMI), with G-SYNC disabled.
- Linking monitors to integrated graphics, which seemed inconsequential.
- Reinstalling or rewriting GPU drivers and using DDU for a clean install.
- Running Windows integrity checks, reinstalling the OS.
- Adjusting display settings in both Windows and NVIDIA Control Panel.
- Tweaking display and TV configurations.
- Modifying power settings for fast startup.
- Updating BIOS on both GPU and motherboard.
- Switching cables for each monitor.
- Disconnecting all USB devices.
- Repeatedly asking the TV to operate normally, sometimes requiring screws and a screen cleaner.

There may be additional factors at play. I’ve been researching extensively, and my mental clarity is fading.

Current PC specifications:
- CPU: Intel core i9-14900K
- GPU: GIGABYTE WINDFORCE RTX 4090
- SSD: WD Black SN850X, 2TB
- RAM: G skill Ripjaws 6400 MHz - DDR5, 64GB
- Motherboard: ASROCK TAICHI LITE Z790
- OS: Windows 11
- Power Supply: 1200W Pure Power

If I replace the RTX 4090 with my old 2080, everything functions properly—though keeping monitors active prevents the problem.

The display setup includes:
- Desk monitors: 27LG850 (2K/144Hz) and Samsung U28E590 (4K/60Hz)
- Front: Wacom Cintiq 24 Pro (4K/60Hz)
- Side: LG C11 (4K/120Hz)

This configuration previously worked well.

I’m eager for any advice or insights. Please let me know if I missed anything.

Thank you.

They both mentioned it in the LGTV and the settings. Roughly sure. (Sorry, my German isn't very good)
