I'm experiencing a problem for some time now. My system runs Windows 10 with a 5800X 32GB, 3600Mhz DDR4 PC, Crucial P2 1TB M.2 MSI B450 Tomahawk II AMD Radeon R7 370. It has a Plex server and a lifetime pass. The media is stored on a NAS, and the folders are correctly configured. I can view normal 4K and 4K HDR movies on a LG CX 55, which supports HDR and DoVi. However, DoVi content only plays in green/purple colors, not normally. All files were downloaded via torrent, so I didn't rip them myself. The TV is in a different location than the server, so I can't connect it directly. No changes to settings helped. I selected Direct Play and Direct Stream, kept original quality, no transcoding or lower resolution. It seems to work on Netflix, Prime Video, and other platforms. Anyone else had this issue? Is there something I'm missing? By the way, I tried enabling and disabling HW acceleration in Plex too.
