Hello, I've been using Plex and two Octoprint printers on my Unraid server without problems for about a year. Recently, Plex stopped connecting, and the logs show the error about failing to load preferences. Anyone have suggestions on how to fix this? Edited January 17, 2023 by Jbobo319

The command displays the contents of the Preferences.xml file located in the Plex Media Server configuration directory.

I see the problem, what steps might help fix it?

Sure, I can adjust that. Please let me know what you meant by "running it with the quotes" so I can handle the spaces accordingly.

I started with the initial approach, but because it didn’t produce any results, I reversed the method.

It seems your preferences.xml file was lost, possibly due to an incomplete shutdown. You can recover it by using a backup if available. Alternatively, rename the file and try restarting Docker or using a different container name. If needed, you might also reinstall the container with a new name and copy the preferences manually.
