If you use the overclocking tools that come with your motherboard, you can perform an overclocking test. Be careful about what the voltages indicate. Even though you didn’t get a tier PSU, it doesn’t necessarily mean it’s bad, although it could be. The software will also show how much power the GPU is receiving.

I updated using DDU in safe mode and it has been working fine over the last two days, except during a hard freeze while playing.

Gpu chip draws no power, Pcle slot consumes 31.7w at 11.9v, 8 pin #1 uses 0.2w, V pin 8 is 11.6, 8 pin #2 handles 7.6W and 2 v at 11.6, total consumption reaches 15.0 tdp. Power consumption is optimized with perfcap set to power. GPU operates at 0.79 voltage and remains in safe mode at 300mhz despite not being underloaded.
