I assembled a fresh machine with built-in graphics, eliminating the need for a separate GPU. Despite powering up, no visual output appears. The setup uses an HDMI connection via the motherboard and includes a display port for the motherboard itself. What might be causing this issue?

You're asking what you're referring to. The bright lights and fans turning on indicate the 5v and 12v power supply rails are working. Other problems might exist. The components involved are the CPU, power supply, motherboard, and RAM.
