Thanks for sharing your experience. Here’s a clearer version of what happened:

You replaced your motherboard and everything seems to be working on Windows 10. However, the internet connection is gone. Checking Device Manager didn’t show any network adapters. You installed ASUS drivers from 2015, which fixed the issue—now the network adapter appears and works. After a network reset, it still shows the router's IP but doesn’t connect. There’s a yellow icon on your network icon in the bottom-right corner. You’re unsure how to resolve this permanently. I hope someone can help you with this problem! Thank you for reaching out.

Check if Ethernet is connected and verify the cable was inserted at both ends.

Thanks for the update. I'm using Ethernet, not Wi-Fi. It indicated no internet access. After installing the motherboard drivers, the adapter appeared.

You’ve set up the LAN drivers correctly. They appear in the network adapter section of nTeWork and also show up in the network connection list, which means they’re functioning properly. The router is detected because it displays a local IP address.

Certainly! Here’s a revised version of your questions:

1. Is it possible to access router settings through the URL field in your browser by selecting the Default Gateway option?
2. When connecting to a LAN, do you attempt to input a static IP address in Windows? If so, can you run the command `ipconfig /all` in the Command Prompt and share the output here? You may create a folder named "out" on the "C:" drive and save the result as "result.txt" there for easy copying.

The issue persists even though the network icon appears red when Ethernet is off and green when enabled. The router and all computers seem to be functioning correctly. This seems to be a personal problem, not related to hardware.

I can't access your current setup directly. You're on Linux, which is great! It seems the device is showing IP and router info but blocking you with an error message. Try checking your login credentials or router settings to resolve the issue.
