Hello, in late July to early August I bought an RX 6700 XT from NEWEGG. After that, my gaming experience changed; some games started stuttering, especially Warframe and Fortnite. I played them on my old MSI GAMING X GTX 1060 with 3GB RAM. Although the machine was outdated, it ran smoothly for a GPU in 2021. I followed these steps to try fixing the problem: removed and reinstalled AMD drivers, updated BIOS, used two separate 8-pin power connectors, wiped the computer, downloaded a fresh Windows install, moved to Windows 11, and installed the latest AMD drivers. My system specs include AMD Ryzen 7 5800X, MSI MECH 2, RX 6700 XT, G.SKILL RIPJAWS, DDR4 32GB at 3200MHz CL16, ASUS Tuf-Gaming X570-Plus (WI-FI), and CORSAIR 80+ GOLD. I placed the hardware in a specific configuration to check if others noticed similar issues. It’s frustrating because some games run perfectly while others freeze unexpectedly. I’m not sure what’s causing this and would appreciate any suggestions on how to resolve it.

I experienced the identical issue again. All your actions and statements remain the same, but I'm testing a replacement to check for defects.

The latest Ryzen BIOS update came out in June 2022. It suggests removing the Ryzen Master since it seems to cause CPU issues rather than GPU problems, likely due to increased CPU demand or cross-cache delays in certain games.
