From the title, it’s clear you’re experiencing low frame rates in Valorant on your PC. Despite being a high-end machine, you’re seeing much lower performance than expected. I checked various online solutions including a fresh Windows setup, but nothing improved the situation. Streaming the game occasionally shows higher FPS numbers, which is confusing since your older laptop with a 1070mHz and 6700Hz clock speed previously handled more frames during streaming. Could you share more details about your hardware or recent changes?

It's okay if you're not streaming. Please share your current stream preferences. Do you prefer using the CPU or GPU for your stream?

performance remains below expectations outside of streaming. Streaming boosts CPU usage for better quality, but lately I’ve switched to GPU since the game is becoming nearly unplayable. Still, a high-end PC shouldn’t struggle with CPU streaming, right?

Check if your RAM operates in dual-channel configuration. Have you removed existing drivers using DDU and replaced them with fresh ones? Ensure your CPU or GPU is functioning optimally without any performance limitations.

My RAM is 2/4, so yes. I haven’t removed drivers yet, but this problem has been ongoing for about 6-7 months. I’m not sure where to get help, and my CPU/GPU might be throttling. Some friends suggested it could be a bottleneck issue, but I’m not sure how to confirm that.

Sure, share your complete details. Are you experiencing issues only in Valorant or are other titles impacted too? Userbenchmark isn't the most helpful test. Would you like me to run 3DMark TimeSpy or Heaven?

Are they placed in the proper positions? Having two RAM sticks doesn't guarantee dual-channel performance if they're not in the correct slots.
