You're facing a tough situation with your current setup. Since you won't have access to your computer for a few weeks, you might want to explore alternatives. Your laptop has a decent specs but lacks the necessary gaming performance. You could try using a different device or switch to a more suitable machine if possible. Let me know if you'd like help finding other options!

Could this delay stem from the internet link? Since you don’t notice any lag while typing in Notepad or scrolling the mouse on the desktop (without running applications), it likely relates to the network connection itself.

It seems the connection isn't linked to the network. My laptop has a stronger Wi-Fi than my desktop, and I haven’t experienced this problem before.

Check if the game uses the dedicated GPU instead of Intel’s built-in graphics. Enable V-Sync as needed.

Vsync is disabled. It’s unclear if it’s active on a dedicated GPU. In game settings there’s a status bar displaying GPU details, which reflects integrated graphics. However, the dedicated GPU is selected in the NVIDIA control panel for Rainbow 6.

I mentioned this since launching certain games on the integrated GPU instead of the dedicated one on my laptop causes significant input lag. It might be something similar for you. If you're familiar with GeForce Experience, check the taskbar—hover over the icon to see which games are active in the 630M.
