I received a 1.5 upload speed which is somewhat bothersome but occasionally jumps to 2mbps. I’m considering streaming but my brother frequently watches streams, and my hardware includes an FX 6300, MSI GTX 770 2GB Twin FROST OC, 8GB RAM (I understand 16GB is ideal), EVGA 450BV. OBS settings are set to default, and I’m not very familiar with streaming yet—uncertain if it’s feasible.
You're limited to 540p or less. That's essentially not a good option. Uploading will still be blocked. Twitch suggests a minimum of 2mbs for 720p. You can choose a lower setting, but you'll have to reduce the bitrate, which will degrade quality further.
