Checking if GTA V runs smoothly at I3 4130 with 280X 1080p and 60 FPS. Yes, it's possible if the settings are optimized.

High may not cause any problems; it keeps the population and variety at a medium level, as the game defaults to its maximum setting for an unusual reason.

It's confusing, but 280X seems to be a strong card. I thought it was powerful.

The card will get high/ very high NO ISSUES. The main problem is the cpu , an i5 is just needed alot in this game. One of those rare exceptions.

GTA 5 demands significant use of both CPU and GPU, making a quad-core processor essential. An i3 with HT would meet the requirements.

Jack from NCIX clarifies that the i3 will still meet the requirements, though the *cough G3258 *cough* falls short severely.
