Hello, your custom build has a Ryzen 3 2200G with 16GB RAM, an Nvidia GeForce 1650 4GB GPU and a 7200MHz HDD. You're aiming to play Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Wildlands at 1366 x 768 resolution with ultra settings. Despite optimizing graphics drivers and updating the GPU software, you're consistently seeing only 30-40 FPS. The Vega 8 is outperforming this card in low settings, and other games are running smoothly.

Consider a CPU upgrade. 4C/4T is a massive open-world title similar to that one, which could be a big problem. Try to find an affordable 1600AF or 2600.
