I've started a job that demands long stays across different places in the UK. Usually I stay in one city for up to six months during the week, then travel back home for the weekend. I'm finding myself with limited time on weekends and boring evenings at the hotel. I don't want to carry a bulky gaming laptop every time, so I'm considering a budget-friendly mini PC that I can store away each weekend. It would be great if you could suggest the most suitable option for my situation. Thanks!

The hotel's internet isn't ideal for gaming, so I wouldn't spend too much unless you're aiming for solo single-player games. Instead, consider using a laptop and connecting to the hotel TV.

You can enjoy easy games on a gaming tablet such as Hearthstone, Papers & Half-Life 1. Note: iPads are also worth considering—they come with a budget model around 300 USD and offer several interesting titles.
